MONROE - Four Monroe High School wrestlers received Badger South All-Conference accolades recently.
Senior Hayden Arneson at 195 pounds and freshman Bodie Minder (220) each were named first-team all-conference.
Arneson finished the season by earning fifth place at the WIAA Division 2 state tournament. He closed his senior year with a 34-8 mark and capped his career with 94 wins.
Minder racked up 21 wins in his first season on varsity and finished third in the Division 2 Beloit regional to just miss a trip to sectionals.
Two Cheesemaker wrestlers were named second-team all-conference - junior Sam Kind (160) and junior Dempzy Foley (170). Kind was a state qualifier, and Foley was a sectional qualifier this season.
