LANCASTER - Lancaster's Shannon Farrey shot a 45 and Danielle Hentrich shot a 46 to lead the Flying Arrows past Darlington-Cuba City and Southwestern in the Lancaster Triangular Thursday at Lancaster Country Club. Lancaster shot a team total 198, followed by Darlington's 218, and Southwestern with a 285.
Senior Nellie Black paced Darlington-Cuba City with a 48. Sophomore Naomi Black shot a 54, junior Shelby Poss carded a 57, and sophomore Kayla Paquette rounded out the top four with a 59.
"We played the front nine which is quite difficult and is a par 38," said Darlington-Cuba City head coach Gary Ringen.
The Redbirds' next match will be Monday at Prairie du Chien.
