MONROE - Madison Edgewood's Grant Reichenbacher scored four goals to power the Crusaders to an 18-0 win over the Monroe Avalanche Friday.
Reichenbacher was one of three Edgewood players to notch a hat trick. Edgewood's Nick Tancill and Bryce Ternus both scored three goals to lead the Crusaders. With the win, Edgewood improves to 13-6, 9-0 Badger South.
The Crusaders outshot the Avalanche 71-3. Monroe goaltender Dan Guilliams had 53 saves. With the loss, Monroe drops to 1-16, 0-7 Badger South.
"Edgewood played a very good game," Monroe coach Josh Smith said. "We knew things were going to be tough, so we are working on prepping for Oregon."
