MONROE - The Cheese Days Chase will be held Saturday, Sept. 15 in downtown Monroe.
As part of Cheese Days weekend kick-off, participants come from near and far for this popular race which includes 5K run, 10K run, 2 mile walk and a kids race for ages 10 and under. In bib timers are provided through It's Race Time.
The 5K, 10K, and walk will begin at 9 a.m. and the kids race will begin at 8:30 a.m.
Awards will be given for male and female by age divisions. All who pre-register will receive a T-shirt.

Pre-register by Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012, for advanced $25 registration fee for 5K, 10K, and 2 mile walk. From Sunday, Sept. 9 through race day fee is $30 for 5K, 10K, and 2 mile walk. The kids race fee is $10 from pre-registration through race day.
