BRODHEAD - Parkview put up a grand total of 76 yards thanks to Brodhead-Juda's stellar defense Friday night in the Cardinals' 41-6 win in Orfordville.
This brings Brodhead-Juda to a 4-0 record before their home game against Clinton next week. Coach B.J. Bockhop said his defense toed the line of scrimmage and kept Parkview parked there.
"Our goal was to control the line of scrimmage and we did that for the most part of the game," Bockhop said.
The Cardinals had a whopping 346 rushing yards with senior Mitchell Johnson as their top rusher. Their passing game was 5-8 with a total of 62 yards and senior Ned Slocum catching the most passes. This brought Brodhead-Juda's total yards to 408. They had two penalties that cost them 20 yards.

Jefferson 20, Evansville-ALbANY 13
EVANSVILLE - The Blue Devils lost at home to Jefferson, 20-13 bringing their record to 2-2.
Evansville-Albany caught nine passes out of 14 attempted for a total of 80 yards. They had 39 rushing attempts for 308 yards bringing the Devils total yards to 388. Evansville-Albany scored touchdowns in the first and second quarters while Jefferson had touchdowns in every quarter except the first. Their best rusher was Nathan Redders with 131 yards and Kyle Rutkowski caught five passes adding 39 yards.
The Blue Devils lost 70 yards as the result of eight penalties and lost two fumbles.
Pecatonica-Argyle 45, Highland 0
BLANCHARDVILLE - Pecatonica-Argyle started out strong in the first quarter and ran with the rest of the game coming out 45 points ahead of Highland who got beat.
The Vikings had a total of 449 yards with 160 in passing and 289 from rushing. Riley Otsby put up the most rushing yards with 19 attempts and 181 yards. Pecatonica-Argyle attempted 17 passes and completed seven. They lost 56 yards to seven penalties and also lost two fumbles out of their three lost balls.
The Vikings now have a record of 4-1.
Cambridge 40, NG-M 3
NEW GLARUS - New Glarus-Monticello put up one field goal but lost at Cambrige 40-3 bringing their record to 1-4.
Coach Desie Breadon said he knew going into this game that Cambridge would be a tough physical team but he encouraged his team that the playoffs are still in sight and a conference title could still be theirs.
"We turn around and play Marshall next week and their undefeated at 5-0," Breadon said. "They're a team we could knock off just like anybody else."
The Glarner Knights had their only field goal in the first quarter while Cambridge swept the rest of the game scoring 14 in the first, 12 in the second, seven in the third and adding one more touchdown in the fourth. Cambridge also banged up a couple knights and Breadon said he lost two guards to injuries pretty early in the game.
New Glarus-Monticello attempted 12 passes completing six of them for 80 yards. Tanner Hofer caught four passes for 61 of those yards. The Knights also had 115 rushing yards out of 36 attempts bringing their total to 195. Trey Taylor was their top rusher for 42 yards. The Knights also lost three fumbles and 15 yards from three penalties.
"One guy may have a concussion and the other has taken a couple shots in the same place the last couple of games," Breadon said.
New Glarus-Monticello was 12-6 in passing for a total of 80 yards. They also had 36 rushing attempts with 115 yards, making their total gain 195 yards. The Knights had three penalties costing them 15 yards and they lost three fumbles.
The Knights play at Marshall on Friday, Sept. 26.
