BRODHEAD - The Brodhead-Juda wrestling team posted three pins and won 10 matches to cruise to a 55-13 win over Edgerton on Tuesday.

The Cardinals posted three pins. At 113 pounds, Alex Goebli pinned Edgerton's Jordan Miller in 3 minutes, 7 seconds. Brodhead-Juda's Blake Burns (120) pinned Edgerton's Damond Hanson in 51 seconds and teammate Nick Hack (152) pinned Edgerton's Trevor Evans in 3:00.

Brodhead-Juda's Russel Waeffler (106) defeated Edgerton's Daniel Clark 4-0. At 170, Brodhead-Juda's Noah Steinmann beat Brandon Schneeberger 9-1.

The Cardinals also had five wrestlers received forfeits from the Crimson Tide - Theo Policastro (126), Kaleb Erb (132), Tyler Hoesly (160), Trent Davis (220) and Dakota Taber (heavyweight).
