Bruce makes cut at WSGA

FRANKLIN - Monroe's Kyle Bruce shot a 3-over-par 75 Tuesday in the second round of the Wisconsin State Golf Association's Junior Boy's Championship at Tuckaway Country Club.

Combined with a score of 10-over-par 82 Monday, Bruce made the cut as one of the final 90 golfers. Bruce is tied for 16th in the 15- to 16-year old division and 63rd overall.

Brodhead's Jake Cole shot a 79 Monday and an 82 Tuesday, missing the cut.

Bruce tees off at 8:42 a.m. today in the third round.
