Brodhead youth finish second

ORFORDVILLE - The Brodhead Youth Wrestling Club took second place at the Orfordville tournament last weekend.

The team had a total of 23 wrestlers participate on Sunday. From kindergarten, Clayton Elliott took third place with one pin, Max Pinnow took third place, and Jayke Huntington took fourth place.

From first grade, Grayson Erb and Nolan Oliver both finished in first place with one pin each, Joseph Lohmar placed second with two pins, Gunner Boegli also finished in second place, and Ryan Searls took third place with one pin.

From second grade, Blake Doran finished in first place with three pins, and Taetum Hoesly took third place.

In third grade Gage Boegli took second with two pins; and Cole Hoesly and Brady Malkow took second place with one pin each. Coming in third place with one pin each were Jacob Lohmar and Aaron Makos. Taking fifth place was Jacob Arnsmeier.

From fourth grade, Braden Erb took first place with one pin, and Nicolai Graves took fourth place.

From fifth grade Jacob Staffon took second place with one pin, and Josh Arnsmeier placed fourth. Kaleb Erb from seventh grade took second with one pin. From eighth grade, both Taylor Hawkinson and Tyler Hoesly finished in third place.
