DODGEVILLE - Kristen Ruchti scored 25 points as the Cardinals dropped the Dodgers 47-43 on Saturday.
Ruchti scored all eight of Brodhead's points in the first quarter and had 15 by halftime. Dana Lewis scored seven of her 15 points in the second quarter as the Cardinals erased an 11-8 first quarter deficit to take a 23-18 halftime lead.
Brodhead held Dodgeville to just three points in the third quarter. The Dodgers scored 22 points in the fourth quarter, but Ruchti finished 5-for-7 from the free throw line in the fourth to ice the game.
