CAMBRIDGE - The Brodhead-Juda wrestling team finished second at the Cambridge Blue Jay Invitational on Saturday.
The Cardinals finished 4-1 in the dual meet invite and finished runner-up to Fort Atkinson which went 5-0.
Brodhead-Juda defeated Badger North school Waunakee 51-24 and Madison West 60-12. The Cardinals beat Jefferson 66-12 and Cambridge 57-21. The difference was the Cardinals lost to Fort Atkinson 48-21.
Brodhead-Juda senior Kramer Lewis (182) went 5-0 and posted four pins. Junior Hunter Colden (170) finished 4-0 and had four pins. Freshman Logan Maurer at heavyweight went 3-0 with three pins and Jordan Kraak (113) was 2-0 with two pins and he received two forfeits.
Freshman Steven Voights (195) went 4-1 and had two pins and Brady Colden (145) finished 3-1 with two pins.
