BRODHEAD - Junior Corey Steiner's first-place finish in the 200-meter dash and sophomore Trent Jordan's win in the 400-meter dash were highlights in the Cardinals' victory over Big Foot, 100-63, Tuesday.
Junior J.J. Panoske captured the high jump at 5 feet, 10 inches and senior Cody Spooner topped the field in the discus with a throw of 119-5 and placed second in the shot put with a toss of 41-8 for Brodhead-Juda.

BRODHEAD - Brodhead-Juda's Shannon Klein put on a dominating performance as the junior took first place in three sprints. Klein won the 200-meter dash in 28.2 seconds, the 400 meter dash in 1:04, and the 1600-meter run in 6:07.4.
Senior Amanda Johnson gave the Cardinals another first-place finish in the long jump, going 16-feet, 5-inches while sophomore Heather Clankie had a good day in the field events by capturing first in the discus with a throw of 119-7 and second in the shot put (33-2 1/4).
The next track and field meet for Brodhead-Juda is Saturday at the Clinton Relays.
