Avalanche fall to Stoughton

STOUGHTON - The Monroe Avalanche boys hockey co-op is still searching for its first win after dropping a conference game to Stoughton 10-1 on Thursday. "Stoughton was a very fast and aggressive team and they got two quick goals at the start, but once we got up to speed we played very well the rest of the first period," Monroe coach Josh Smith said. 'Even in the second period we played well with one of their three goals coming on a power-play.
