JANESVILLE — New Glarus junior Zak Arnett finished 10th in the boys 16- to 18-year-old division and tied for 25th overall at the Wisconsin PGA Juniors tour stop at Janesville Country Club Aug. 11.
Arnett finished with a 22-over-par 94 on the par 72 course. He had just three pars in his round — all on the front nine.
William Harned, a freshman from Nashotah, won the tournament with a 77.
The same day at Reedsburg Country Club, Monroe’s Bert Leach, a sophomore, finished tied for 24th overall and seventh in the 14-15 division with a 17-over-par 89. Leach had seven pars, including four on the back nine.
Maxamillian Xiong, a senior from River Falls, shot a one-under-par 71, two strokes better than senior Hunter Neumann of Warrens, Wis.
