JUDA - The Panthers lost to Orfordville Parkview 4-0 during Saturday's annual Juda Tournament.
Amber Ramos allowed three runs in five innings while striking out six hitters. Tabitha Davis pitched the final two frames, allowing a run in the sixth.
Kaitlyn DeVoe and Aly Pierce each had doubles for Juda, which collected just three hits against Rhianna Noble. Noble walked two and struck out 12.
Juda's game against Racine Lutheran was suspended and then canceled in the early innings.
Also at the tournament, Argyle went 1-1 in two games. The Orioles lost to Parkview 8-0 and then beat Stockton, Ill., 3-2.
Against Stockton, Jessica Treuthardt struck out 12 batters while allowing just one earned run. Jessica Treuthardt went 2 for 3 and Danielle Treuthardt was 3 for 4. Argyle scored all three of its runs in the fourth inning.
