Last Week: The freshman ran like a seasoned veteran at the Oct. 23 sectional in Darlington, finishing eighth overall with a time of 17:20, helping guide her team to a sectional title and berth to the state meet this Saturday. "I wanted to finish ahead of Boscobel's top two runners (and) go to state," she said. Boscobel finished second.
