MADISON - A quartet of baseball players will play in the Home Talent League All-Star game at 7:05 p.m. Friday at Warner Park.
The players selected to play in the All-Star game include Argyle pitcher/shortstop Justin Crotty, Blanchardville pitcher Michael Pleming, Monroe third baseman Cole Logemann and Wiota shortstop Merrill Brunson. The four players from southern Wisconsin will play for the North-West All-Stars against the East-Southeast All-Stars.
The game will be like a normal Madison Mallards game. The gates will open 90 minutes prior to the start of the game. Introductions begin at 6:45 p.m. There will be on-field promotions between innings along with food and beverage options available. General admission tickets for the game are $7 each. Tickets for the game can be purchased from local Home Talent League teams. Tickets can also be purchased through the Mallards ticket office.
