Patricia “Patt” Chambers-Hanson, age 62, of Monroe passed away on Friday, May 15, 2020 at the UW Hospital in Madison. She was born the daughter of Gail (Heitz) Siebert and Victor Chambers on May 23, 1957 in Madison. Patt married Robert A. Hanson in February of 1990, in Argyle, Wisconsin at the Apple Grove Lutheran Church.

Patt worked as an in-home care provider for the mentally disabled for over 25 years. She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, her dogs; as well as cooking and camping.

Patt is survived by her husband, Robert Hanson of Monroe; children, Shane (Tammy Butler) Caruso of Monroe, Steve (Sheila) Caruso of Lake Villa, IL, Ambralee (Vicente) Aguilar of Monroe, and Nicholas (Kristan) Hanson of Seven Valleys, PA; her nine grandchildren, Alexandra, Aries, Leo, and Julietta Aguilar Chambers, Eli, Sylvia, and Tess Caruso, and Mackenzie and Braydon Hanson; her mother, Gail Siebert; and sister, Jean (Thomas) Hurd;

She was preceded in death by her step-father, James Siebert; father, Victor Chambers; and son, Eric Hanson.

Funeral Services will be held at 12PM Noon on Saturday, May 23, 2020 at SHRINER HAGER GOHLKE Funeral Home with Pastor Dan Bohlman officiating.

Visitation will be held from 10AM until the time of service on Saturday, at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Apple Grove Lutheran Cemetery in Argyle at a later date.
