Jeremy Donald Golackson, age 49, of Baraboo formerly of Monroe, passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2020. He was born the son of Robert and Donette (Phillips) Golackson on February 24, 1971 in Monroe. Jeremy was a 1989 graduate of Monroe High School. He was a salesman for Don Larson Chevrolet in Baraboo for several years.

Jeremy was very athletic all of his life. He was involved in many sports and was an avid golfer. He also coached hockey for Monroe Youth Hockey.

Jeremy was loved by many friends and family.

Jeremy is survived by his father, Robert Golackson; mother, Donette Simonson; children, Taylor and Grace Golackson; brothers, Jesse Monte and Tyler Simonson.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents and cousin, Brenda.

A private family service will be held; a Celebration of Jeremy’s Life will be held at a later date.
