Jeffrey S. Disch, 65, formerly of Brodhead, passed away peacefully at his home in Oxford Wi, on Friday April 5th after losing his battle with Cancer. He was also known by many over the years as Bodine.
Jeff was born to Rex and Ila (Andrews) Disch in Monroe WI on June 21st, 1958. They lived in Juda till moving to Brodhead in 1974. He married LouAnn Collins {Disch) on October 15th, 1983. They later divorced in 2003 but remained a close family. Together they had 2 sons, Mitchel J. and Kyle B. Disch.
At a younger age, Jeff worked at the Brodhead Creamery, Beatrice Foods in Beloit, Champion Auto in Monroe. He was a great mechanic. In 1981 he was hired at Woodbridge Corporation in Brodhead where he worked till retiring in 2001 to move on to new ventures in life.
He enjoyed playing cards, especially Euchre; Working on and racing cars, as he was a great mechanic, Riding his motorcycles and spending time with family.
Jeff is survived by his sons Mitchel and Kyle Disch and his 6 grandchildren: Kaylin Disch, McKenna Disch, Corey Disch, Trinity Disch, Twins Kolton and Oaklynn Disch. His Mother Ila Disch; Brothers Tom {Terrie) Disch, Kenney Disch, Kevin Disch; Sisters Deb (Mark) Evenstad, Sandy (Chuck) Holloway, Brenda Disch, Amy (Craig) Schager, many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and a friend Donna.
He was preceded in death by his Father Rex Kenneth Disch in 2021 and grandparents Cecil and Henry Disch and Helen and William Andrews.
A Celebration of Life will be held in his honor on Saturday April 27th at Debs Bar in Brodhead from lpm-4pm.
