Jacquelyn Ann Jochimsen

Jacquelyn Ann Jochimsen, age 68, of Monroe passed over the heavenly gates surrounded by the ones she loved the most after a long hard-fought battle of vascular disease on Friday, November 26, 2021. Jackie was born on September 1, 1953 as the 3rd daughter to Clarance and Opal (Longwitz) Beller at Sacred Heart Hospital in Tomahawk, WI. Jackie graduated high school in 1972 from Lakeland High School Minocqua, WI.

On January 26, 1974 Jackie married her soul mate Allen Jochimsen. Together they had 47 years of marriage enjoying fishing and camping along with their 2 children, Theresa (Ricky) Bennett and Amy (Dan Stoll) Jochimsen; 5 granddaughters, Melissa and Kristy Bennett and Loran, Josie, and Brooke Haberman; also 1 great-grandson, Aiden Loggins, son of Melissa. She also had lots of adopted sons and daughters including granddaughter, Tiffany Gates, the “Illinois Reject”. Jackie is further survived by a sister, Yvonne Young; her niece, Tracy (Steve) Dowd in IL; sister-in-law, Ruth Messman; brother-in-law, Dale (Sandy) Jochimsen; and all the many friends she gained while spending time at the Corkdown Campground.

Jackie had a huge heart loving everyone who her kids and grandkids brought home. Jackie always said “God helps them who helps themselves.” Jackie was an amazing housewife, an awesome mother and fantastic grandma and GG. She always spoke her mind, even when it wasn’t asked for.

The family would like to thank everyone for continued thoughts, prayers and support during these last 4 years. We will forever be grateful. It’s never goodbye, its bis wir uns wiederschen (until we meet again).
