Walter Elmer, 97, Albany, died Thursday, Aug. 30, 2018. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, 2018 at the Albany Lutheran Church, with Peter Heide officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 14 at the Albany Lutheran Church. The Everson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
