Letha E. Whipple, 86, Monroe, died Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2019. Memorial Services will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, March 11, 2019 at Monroe United Methodist Church, 2227 4th St., with Pastor David Busker officiating. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the church. Shriner- Hager-Gohlke Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
