 Dawn Ellen Martin, of Monroe, WI, passed away on July 3rd, leaving behind a legacy of hard work, dedication, and love for her family. She was born on December 16, 1954, to John B. and Cleo (Mueller) Rufi.

 

Dawn was a devoted mother to her sons, Phillip Rufi and Ryan Rufi, and a proud grandmother to her beloved grandson, Tristian Rufi. Her family was her greatest joy, and she cherished every moment spent with them.

 

Dawn is survived by her sister, Rena (Steve) Ripp; her nephews, Joshua (Dara) and Chad (Jennifer) Bevars; and her niece, April Bevars, along with their families. Her love and support for her extended family were unwavering, and she will be deeply missed by all.

 

For over 20 years, Dawn was a valued and dedicated employee at McDonald's. Her strong work ethic and commitment to her job were admired by all who worked with her. She took great pride in her work and made lasting friendships with her colleagues.

 

Dawn was preceded in death by her parents, John and Cleo Rufi, and her long-term partner, Mike Whitfield. Their memories remained close to her heart, and she found strength in the love they shared.

 

Dawn will be remembered for her kindness, loyalty, and the love she showed to her family and friends. Her passing leaves a void in the hearts of those who knew her, but her spirit will continue to live on in the cherished memories she created.

 

A visitation will be held to honor Dawn's life and legacy from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Monday, July 15th, at Shriner-Hager-Goelke Funeral Home in Monroe.

 

Rest in peace, Dawn Ellen Martin. You will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
