Arnold F. “Arnie” Stalder, age 88, a long time Monroe contractor, died Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at the Monroe Clinic Hospice Home.

He is survived by his wife of almost 57 years, Jean Stalder of Monroe; his sister, Mary Amos of Fairfax, VA; sister-in-law, Nan Cnare of Madison; four nieces; and three nephews.

A visitation for Arnie will be held on Monday, April 3, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Newcomer Funeral Home, Monroe. Graveside services will be held at a later date in Greenwood Cemetery, Monroe. Memorials are suggested in Arnie’s name to the Green County Humane Society or a charity of one’s choice.
