MADISON - The Wisconsin 4-H Foundation recently announced the new executive leadership of Kristi Thering-Tuschen, from KTT & Associates.

Thering-Tuschen launched KTT & Associates in 2003 and continues to build clients in public relations, marketing, fundraising and new business development, according to a statement.

She previously served as the Director of Sales for the Greater Madison Convention & Visitors Bureau, Director of Development for Circus World Museum Foundation, Inc., and Director of Development at Edgewood High School in Madison.

Thering-Tuschen holds a Master of Arts in Philanthropy and Development from St. Mary's University of Minnesota, Winona, Minn., and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Wisconsin 4-H serves nearly 100,000 youth in every county in Wisconsin.

There are 20,000 volunteers who involve the youth in a variety of 4-H activities, including animal science days, after-school programs, arts camp, and community service projects.

KTT & Associates is poised to raise more than $2 million in the next three years as the leader of the fundraising efforts of the Wisconsin 4-H Foundation, officials said in a release.
