MONROE - The victim in a fatal accident Thursday in the Town of Washington has been identified as Kenneth S. Stone, 54, Rockford. Stone was driving a 2009 Lexus SUV northbound on Wisconsin 69 when he crossed the center line and struck a semi head-on, the Green County Sheriff's Office said. The accident happened north of Hefty Road at 4:49 p.m. Stone was extricated from his vehicle and later died at the scene.
