The Monroe Publishing offices, which includes The Monroe Times, Monroe Shopping News and Freeport Shopping News, will be closed Friday and Monday for the Fourth of July holiday. Regular office hours will resume Tuesday. No edition of The Monroe Times will be published Monday.
