Testing 'Cul de Sac' comic strip
Placeholder Image
The Times is in the seventh week of a 12-week comics survey to find a replacement for the "Kim and Jason" comic.

The Times will survey six potential new comics, each for two weeks. For the next two weeks, The Times will run "Cul de Sac," a comic about a four-year-old girl named Alice Otterloop and her family: Petey, Madeline (the mom) and Pete (the dad) and a scattering of other pre-schoolers who attend Bisshaven Preschool. Go to our "Fun & Games" page, page B3, to read "Cul de Sac."

Then tell us what you think of each comic. Each day, next to the surveyed comic will be a spot where you can mark whether you like or don't like the new featured comic and either mail it to Jim Winter, News Editor, c/o The Monroe Times, P.O. Box 230, Monroe, WI 53566; or drop off your opinion at the Times office, 1065 Fourth Avenue West.

Readers also can share their opinion online by going to www.themonroetimes.com, fillling out the online form and submitting it via e-mail to the Times.
