NEW GLARUS — The Bank of New Glarus and Sugar River Bank Branches is excited to announce that the Bank’s name will be changing to “The Bank of New Glarus”, dropping the “Sugar River Bank Branches” from its name. Each existing Sugar River Bank branch will be known as The Bank of New Glarus branches.
“This update will simplify our brand and better unify each of our locations. We are the same bank with the same employees who put our customers’ needs first. Our procedures and processes will not change as a result of this name update,” said Ron Schaaf, CEO and President of The Bank of New Glarus. “The Bank of New Glarus name has long been synonymous with stability and reliability in the community for over 125 years and we plan to keep that trend going for at least another 125 years.”
Schaaf added that the bank’s website address, as well as the bank employees’ email addresses and phone numbers will remain unchanged.
“We are always looking for ways to provide our customers with the best consistent banking experience and this will help in that regard and also clear up a lot of the confusion that came from having two banks in our name,” Schaaf added.
The Bank of New Glarus is headquartered in New Glarus, and has branch offices located in New Glarus, Belleville, Monroe, Juda and Brodhead, with a loan production office located in Madison.
