MONROE - More of the downtown Monroe Square opens up to traffic again today, as construction workers move off 16th Avenue, leaving the 11th Street intersection and west to the parking ramp open as well.

The streetscape reconstruction project now turns attention toward the last intersection, 11th Street and 17th Avenue by Goetz Theatre.
