MONROE - A South Wayne man with four prior drunk driving convictions was arrested Sunday on the same charge after his truck hit a tree in Browntown. David M. Baumgartner, 53, faces a fifth-offense charge of operating while intoxicated, a felony. He was also cited for failure to maintain control.
