MONROE -- A Monroe woman was arrested at her home and jailed Thursday on a warrant issued by the State Line Area Narcotics Team (SLANT) after police allegedly purchased amphetamines and other drugs from her using a confidential informant three times this year. Sarah J. Roesslein, 37, faces a Class E felony of manufacturing or delivering amphetamines weighing between 3 and 10 grams, and two Class H felony counts of manufacturing or delivering non-narcotics. If convicted on all three charges, Roesslein could face a prison sentence of up to 27 years, $70,000 in fines, or both.
