MONROE - On Monday, Green County Highway Department crews will begin sealcoating county highways, township roads and village streets throughout the county. Each road segment will have work zone signs posted, and a flag person will be present to direct motorists through the moving work zone. Motorists are asked to slow down when approaching all work zones, obey the flag person's directions, and proceed with caution around all equipment and personnel.
