NEW GLARUS - The Bank of New Glarus and Sugar River Banks announced Ron Schaaf as vice president-commercial lending relationship manager.

Schaaf will be responsible for generating new commercial business relationships and maintaining current customer portfolios, as well as sales team leadership.

He joins The Bank of New Glarus team from the Maple Leaf Cheese Cooperative, Monroe, where he worked in sales and marketing. Schaaf has more than over 20 years of banking and commercial lending experience, including 15 years as market president for a Monroe bank.
