MONROE - Main Street Monroe announced its "Scare on the Square" lineup for Oct. 31.
The Halloween parade is set for 4:30 p.m. All children, adults and pets in costume can walk in the parade. Lineup for the parade is at Monroe Middle School at 4 p.m.
Trunk-or-Treat on the Square will immediately follow the parade and last until 7 p.m. To register, email MonroeMainStreet@tds.net Registration is free and prizes will be awarded to the best decorated cars. Rain location for the event is the bottom level of the parking ramp.
