DARLINGTON - Trisha Rowe of Darlington has announced her candidacy as the Republican Party candidate for Lafayette County clerk of court.
Rowe has been employed by Lafayette County since November 1993. She started as deputy clerk in the clerk of court's office in January 2006 and was promoted to chief deputy in July 2013. Her current position is Lafayette County victim witness coordinator in the district attorney's office and deputy in the Lafayette County clerk's office.
Rowe is a lifelong resident of Lafayette County and a 1988 graduate of Darlington High School. The daughter of James and Therese Gratz, she grew up on their family farm just outside of Darlington. She currently resides in Wiota township with her husband, Al Rowe, and two children, Seth and Shai.
