MADISON - Rep. Janis Ringhand, D-Evansville, senator-elect for the 15th Senate District, was named to the Wisconsin State Building Comm-ission by Senate Minority Leader Jennifer Shilling, D-La Crosse.
Established in 1949, the Building Commission oversees the planning, improvement and major maintenance and renovation of state facilities.
Ringhand was also named to the Committee on Economic Development and Commerce and the Committee on Revenue, Financial Institutions and Rural Issues.
