MADISON - Rep. Janis Ringhand, D-Evansville, senator-elect for the 15th Senate District, will hold an in-district inauguration event from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Jan. 10 at Creekside Place, 102 Maple St., Evansville.
Wisconsin State Supreme Court Justice Ann Walsh Bradley will administer the oath of office to Ringhand, who will be replacing retiring state Sen. Tim Cullen, D-Janesville, in the 15th Senate District. Prior to her election to the state Senate, Ringhand served two terms in the Wisconsin State Assembly and also served the City of Evansville as mayor and alderman.
