MONROE - "Rent Smart" is a class to provide people with the skills needed to be good tenants and to teach effective ways to communicate with a landlord.
The six session class will be held from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Tuesdays beginning Oct. 5 in the first floor auditorium at Green County Human Services. People successfully complete the class will get $200 towards their rent.
