MONROE - As part of the city of Monroe's ongoing Comprehensive Planning process, Southwestern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission is conducting a community survey to gather opinions about potential services and developments within the city.

The survey, an extension of the 14 input and listening sessions held from June to September, will provide input specifically directed at the goals, objectives, and strategies generated during these meetings.

The survey, supported by SWWRPC's partners at the City of Monroe, Green County Development Corporation and University of Wisconsin Extension, is also supported through a donation by the Monroe Times, which is publishing the survey at no charge. The survey is printed in its entirety on pages B2 and B3 of Thursday's edition for the convenience of readers who want to take part.

The English and Spanish versions of the survey will be available at the Monroe Public Library, City Hall, and online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/MonroeCommunitySurvey (English) and https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/Encuesta ComunitariadeMonroe (Spanish).

The survey opened Monday and will continue to be available through Nov. 13.
