NEW GLARUS - The Bank of New Glarus and Sugar River Bank Branches announced Jane Phillipson's retirement from the board of directors at its December board meeting.
Phillipson served as a director for both The Bank of New Glarus and Sugar River Bank Branches and Bancorp of New Glarus Inc. for 18 years.
Phillipson joined the board of directors in fall 1997. She supported the bank through expansions into a second New Glarus location in 2000, the purchase of The Bank of Juda in 2008 and into Monroe in 2010.
In addition to her board seat, Phillipson also served on the audit committee.
