Geiter, Orangeville, has been the man behind the sound at Green County Fairs for the past 22 years.
"I started out with two little speakers and two little amps," he said.
Today, Tower Sound has 400 speakers and 30 employees. For the Green County Fair events, Geiter brought out four 7,000-watt speakers. He had employees at four other events this weekend.
Tower Sound will provide the sound for 24 county fairs and 100 other events this year.
Geiter and his wife Connie have a daughter, Tara, and a granddaughter, Samantha.

Technical manuals - I have to keep up with technology.
What is your favorite holiday?
(laughs) I work every holiday. On the Fourth of July we did five shows.
What's your favorite food?
I'm a pizzaholic.

I'm a really nice guy. They don't see that when I'm working. When I'm working, I'm very attentive and concentrate on doing my job. So I don't talk much - like I'm doing now.
