Beth Zurbuchen is the new president and CEO of the Swiss Center of North America (SCNA) in New Glarus.

If you could have one superpower for a day, what would it be?>

The ability to fly. When you watch birds soaring, you just have to wonder what they're seeing.

What is in your CD player right now?>

Swiss Cows over America. My 10-year-old daughter Molly and I have listened to it for two days, because we think it's so funny.

Whose biography would you most like to write?>

Walter Kronkite's. He was my hero. I grew up watching him on CBS, and he was one reason I was interested in a career in TV. He was brilliant, and wouldn't it be fun to know all the changes he saw?

What's your favorite food?>

Pepperoni pizza

What is one burning question you're dying to know the answer to?>

Is there a shorter way to get from Madison to New Glarus than the way I'm going now?
