MONROE — Precision Drive and Control recently announced two new notable promotions. 

Shawn Paulson has spent the last 10 years dedicated to the betterment of the sales and service divisions of PDC, earning him the new title of Director of Sales and Service. 

“Shawn brings a high level of energy to the role and a strong vision for the future of PDC,” said President Kevin Zeinemann.

“I’m humbled, thankful, and excited to have the opportunity to help guide PDC into its next phase,” Paulson said. “As we take these steps forward it goes without saying that our business partners, suppliers, team members, and customer base are really what makes us who we are. I also would like to specifically thank my sales and marketing team members and my family for always supporting me.”

Also being recognized is Paul Hanson, taking on the role of Automation Manager. 

“I’m very excited to be working with the great group of professionals we have within the division and all of the PDC family,” Hanson said. “We have a lot of potential for growth in automation and I look forward to leading this team to new heights.”

Zeinemann supports Hanson’s vision for the department.

“Paul’s customer service-centric approach imparts confidence, value, and effectiveness to PDC Automation clients that will provide a solid basis for our growth strategy,” Zeinemann said.
