MONROE - The Morning and Noon Optimist Clubs are sponsoring a bike rally from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, May 9, at the Monroe High School parking lot. The rally is for children in kindergarten through eighth grade. Bicycles will be given away in every age group. Stop by to get your new helmet.
