Noller, Piefer join Barkau Automotive
STOCKTON, Ill. - Scott Noller and Chad Piefer have joined the staff of Barkau Automotive, according to Rick Barkau, president of Barkau Automotive in Stockton.
Noller, a Stockton native, has been named service manager for the company's new and used car service department. Noller has 13 plus years of experience in the automobile service industry and has extensive knowledge as a technician, in parts management and providing service diagnostics.
He earned the Top 5 Customer Satisfaction Award for the region with a previous employer and was named Top 10 in the nation for customer retention.
Noller, his wife and two children live in Dubuque.
As Finance Manager, Piefer is responsible for assisting customers with finance, warranty and GAP insurance programs offered through vehicle manufacturers and local banks and credit unions.
Piefer attended Highland College and Northern Illinois University before joining another area new car dealership. He is skilled at simplifying complex finance programs so they are understandable and comfortable for customers.
Piefer, his wife and son live in Freeport.
