The Monroe Times will publish today, Oct. 14 although the U.S. Postal Service will not be making home deliveries due to the Columbus Day holiday. Times subscribers will have their papers delivered with Tuesday's mail. Monday's edition will be available at regular single-copy locations. Subscribers can pick up a free copy of Monday's paper at the Times office, 1065 4th Ave. West, Monroe. Office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
