MONROE - Green County Sheriff Jeff Skatrud said Wednesday's powerful storms left property damage but no injuries.
"We haven't been told of any injuries or live-stock damage," Skatrud said.
Green County Highway Department crews worked until 2 a.m. Thursday to clear what they could from the roads, according to Dick Marti, the department's patrol superintendent.
County C and County G had been closed early Thursday morning to remove power lines from roads, and then reopened, officials said.
"Everything is opened as of 12:30 (p.m.) or so," said Marti.
Skatrud said a transformer also caught fire in the 3800 block of County F.
He aded that there was property damage to many areas, including roof damage to a house on Badger Road, a barn damaged on Sandy Hook Road, an airport hanger at Albany Airport on Wisconsin 59; and a barn down on Wis. 59 near Albany.
Monroe Fire Department Deputy Chief Lane Heins reported no fires in the City of Monroe.
