MONROE - The Monroe Times will publish on Monday, Jan. 17, although the U.S. Postal Service will not be making home deliveries that day in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
Times subscribers will have their papers delivered with Tuesday's mail. However, Monday's edition will be available at regular single-copy locations beginning at 7 a.m. Monday. Subscribers can pick up a free copy of Monday's paper at the Times office, 1065 4th Ave. West, Monroe, during business hours Monday.
