Due to the Presidents Day holiday, there will be no home delivery for the Monroe Times Monday. Monday's edition will be delivered via postal service to subscribers along with Tuesday's edition. Subscribers may pick up a free copy of the newspaper Monday at the Times office, 1065 4th Ave. West, Monroe, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. The Times will also be available at newsstands.
